no plans and the weather's fair. so many things i could do out there. i'm staying in, i don't really care. i don't move, i just sit and stare. i've got books and magazines. and hella movies that i've never seen. all it takes is to reach over there, but all that i can do is sit and stare. euphoric purity in gilded rays. the sirens beckon in a virgin day. as all potential is laid out bare, i'm choosing nothingness, i sit and stare. brilliant beauty in everything that could alleviate all suffering. all it takes is to step out there, but i'm kinda paralyzed, i sit and stare. i'm so bored, i just sit and stare. nothing's worth it, i sit and stare. i'm kinda empty, i sit and stare. i'm barely breathing, i sit and stare. i'm not afraid, i just sit and stare. it's not escapist, i just sit and stare. infinite emptiness of mystery. a hundred billion galaxies. yet we're the only thing alive out there. it doesn't phase me, i just sit and stare.
