Came from a late 80s hip hop, house and acid house background, then on to early 90s rave, techno and trance, then big beat, drum n bass and breaks. Have always liked ambient stuff too. Dance music has always been my thing really.

Influences are wide and varied, from Led Zep to Hendrix. From Public Enemy, Eric B & Rakim and De La Soul to the Herbaliser and J5. From the Orb and FSOL to Eat Static, CJ Bolland and Orbital. From Chemical Brothers and Leftfield to Tayo and Ils. From DJ Hype, Pascal and Zinc to LTJ Bukem and Roni Size. From Phaeleh, Burial and Clubroot to Submerse and Whistla. The list is endless.

Did some DJing, but only a couple of house parties here and there. Carried on for a bit purely at home because I liked collecting vinyl and recording my mixes for my own listening. I like seeking out music that grabs me instantly instead of being brainwashed by the radio.

Got hooked by Music, Music 2000 and then 3000 because i was never quite arsed enough to mess about with Cubase and that, but still wanted to be a bit creative and try my hand at making music. This is what i came up with... hope you like.
