Assaf Noti (aka Joker) has been a DJ for almost two decades now. What originally started as childhood passion for music between the years 93-94, quickly overcame the desire to become professional DJ. By purchasing his first MiniDisc and DAT8 players, and practicing on his mixing skills he quickly realized that all this won't do. And claimed himself with a pair of professional 'Technics' Turntables - focusing on various genres such as: Garage, NewYork House, German/Dutch Techno to fit the current day club scene. In 1998 he decided it's time to go try his luck over seas. First destination: South Africa, resident in some of Johannesburg's most exquisite clubs alike: Nexus, ESP, HideOut, and at SA biggest event those days "Mother Quadrophoria", playing in front of 80,000 people. Not letting his guard down by participating in some of Africa's primal Psychedelic gatherings held in Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Namibia, Malawi, Southern Cape, just to name few, acclaiming himself the skills needed to smash any dance floor who dares to stand in his way! Returning to is homeland at the end of 1999, right on time to play @ Millennium party - Comfort Club - Tel Aviv.

Keeping his passion for many years, traveling around the world, spreading love through out the speakers in various countries such as: Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy, Israel, United Kingdom, Hungary, Spain, Greece, Austria, Denmark, Egypt, Russia, Mexico, and more.

Nowadays Assaf decided to Channel his knowledge by partnering in Flow Group's artist management agency & managing HypreFlow Records, as well as collaborating with "Red Molecule" - India's leading and respected Event Management company as Director Operations in Europe and Usa.
