Under the influence of music since he was young, ASRI, was exposed to different genres but particularly developed the love for electronic beats. His taste in music includes David Herrero, Mendo, Pirupa, Saeed Younan Basti Grub, Salvatore Freda, Mikalogic, Marco Carola and also Gary Beck, just to name a few.

In mid 2011, at Club Immigrant, Jakarta, he experienced the mind-blowing live set of Stefano Noferini and had a chat with the man himself. The talk with his idol really inspired him to become a DJ. Shortly after, Asri clinched his first gig at Lobby, Kuala Lumpur, where he played alongside DJs from Indonesia and Malaysia, who are known in the electronica scene. This opportunity only amplified his passion for DJing, and he has never stop playing ever since.

Within a short span of time, he landed himself a coveted residency at Azzura, a beach club situated at Siloso Beach, Sentosa. Moving the crowd with spell bounding metal drums, fluctuating horns and a sensual groovy baseline, Asri is definitely one to watch out for.
