Ashwin Khosa (born April 11, 1992) is from Hong Kong and studies at the University of Pennsylvania. He works with the full spectrum of electronic dance music and often manages to create interesting and unique, signature fusions between many styles. As a DJ and producer specializing in progressive house, tech house and techno, he has played at various nightclubs and events around the world in countries such as Hong Kong, India and the USA. He has played alongside big names like Tristan Garner, Otto Knows and Dee Montero, with his storming productions featuring in the sets of legends such as Spark Taberner.

His musical talents have always been clear and although originally a bass guitarist with band 'Madison', which played at several international festivals including Jamfest 2008, he has always been a lover of progressive trance and tech house. Electronic music was always around at home because of his mother and father who have also always been dance music enthusiasts. After seeing his favourites Armin Van Buuren, Above & Beyond, Richie Hawtin, Dubfire and John Digweed at raves around the world, he decided that it was time he changed his focus in order to pursue his passion of DJing and Producing.

He began building a name for himself by producing progressive bootleg remixes of songs by commercial artists such as Madonna, Ellie Goulding, Dirty South, Thomas Gold and so on. At the same time, he continued to DJ various events and parties that were focused on his specialty genres - tech music. These remixes became instant hits on campus in the USA, and back home in Hong Kong with countless downloads from people around the world. His music features dynamic grooves, deep basslines and complex musicality, all bundled together by an aura of intelligent atmosphere, ambience and texture. He now looks forward to releasing his first original EPs with Pure Substance, Fever Sound and House Music TV, while many exciting upcoming tracks are to come out soon. Only 19 years old, Ashwin Khosa is a name to look out for.
