Andrew Hoffmann, better known as “Ascendance”, is a 21 year-old Producer/ DJ from the Philadelphia Area. Starting his electronic music career a mere five years ago, he has already become very well known and popular in the dance music scene. The single “Come Find Me” which he produced alongside The Nineties with remixes by Phrenik, Ishe, and Drop Goblin, debuted at number twelve on the Beatport Dubstep charts and has sold copies in more than thirty countries worldwide.

More recently, Ascendance has released numerous free downloads including, “Hold You Down”, “Survive” featuring the vocals of Cori Pena, "Yell If You Wanna" another collaboration with The Nineties, and "Bite It" featuring Johnny Free. These tracks have acquired tens of thousands of plays and downloads over the time they have been available online.

Ascendance not only produces and releases his own tracks, but he is also a highly requested DJ; booking shows all over the East Coast and Philadelphia area weekly. He has shared the stage with many big name acts such as; Bare, Mark Instinct, Minnesota, Hulk, Phrenik, Run DMT, and Drop Goblin; adding more names to the list as the days go by. In addition to all of the exposure he is receiving, Ascendence has also just released his second single "Instability" on London’s LU20 Records featuring remixes by, Kinzy, P0gman, and Jack Deezl. The Kinzy remix has just been given DJ support on Skream and Benga’s Radio 1 show. In addition to that, Ascendance’s debut EP, "Set Me Free" has just been released exclusively on Beatport via LU10 records.

Ascendance’s amazing talents as a Producer/DJ are aiding in his rise to the big time, and he is most certainly someone to keep an eye on in the coming months.
