Artimus Prime’s story begins in 1998 when his brother Billy Seal joined the masses in the underground scene of electronic dance music with-in the San Francisco Bay Area and brought back the captivating lifestyles of the Dj. After witnessing the magnificence of E.D.M., Artimus Prime went on a mission to practice the art of the Dj. In ’05 he threw his first E.D.M. event called, “Dreaming in Digital”, with his good friend, Chris Heaton, which headlined Dyloot, Mars, Denise and all the way from Brooklyn, NY for his SF debut, Thomas Datt of Discover Records. In ’06 Artimus debuts at the infamous San Francisco Nightclub, 1015 Folsom, with long time friend and Dj partner, Dj Blurr, under the moniker “The Tranceformers” as they opened for the one and only M.I.K.E. Push. In 2010 Artimus Prime joins the renowned production crew SKILLS DJ WORKSHOP and continuing the glorious lifestyle of the Dj he opened up for Giuseppe Ottaviani in 2010 again with Dj Blurr. Artimus Prime ventures into the studio and after earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Sound Engineering his first opportunity to produce came from his very good friend Steve Helpstrip aka. “The Thrillseekers”. Artimus and his brother Billy contributed to the 2010 Rework of “Synaesthesia”; which was unveiled at the annual SKILLS event called, etd.” LOVE”, during Steve’s World Wide Debut of his “Thrillseekers Live Xtreme Show” in February 2010. Co-Producing with his brother Billy Seal on their latest electro house remix of “Frequency Drop” on record label, Teknical Funk, the track was released in June 2011 after a record release party presented by Teknical Funk & TekFreaks for a 2011 Valentines weekend affair. Check out their new remix of E.A.D. on Teknical Funk featured exclusively on Beatport and soon to hit the charts is another remix called "Break The Chain". Continuing his roll, Artimus Has contiued to share slots in the line-ups with with top notch headliners and locals such as 4 Strings, Martin Solveg, Dyloot, Dj Taj, Dj Blurr, Billy Seal, Drew Drop & more at top notch clubs like 1015 Folsom, Rube Skye,525, Paradise Lounge and more!!!
