This is a recording of a real liveset of my own productions, it was played with machines, controlers and ableton 8 at the openair party at Fete de la Musique , 21.06.2010 in Berlin.
For 11 years I ve been playing at this party. Actually it all started as a little gathering when I still used to live down the street. Times have been going on, we are getting older and more experienced and still this party is like meeting for christmas with your familiy. Once a year you see people you hardly meet in Berlin anymore. Plus, I do not even live any longer around the corner.
Last December one of the 3 Resident DJs of this party died. Gianni Vitiello was one of our good friends and we all miss him especially at all the parties when we DJ in Berlin. Since this party was very special we were very afraid to celebrate without him behind the decks rocking like hell. I dedicated the last song to my friend, DJ mate and labelartist Gianni Vitiello and in a way I have the feeling he is still there....Gianni we miss you.
