Pour situer Arbaa dans le panorama actuel on pourrait citer Ez3kiel et Mei Tei Sho aussi bien que nick Bartsch ronin et Fela Kuti. Ces dernières années Arbaa a côtoyé des groupes comme Interlope, Marvin, Gnawa Diffusion, BlueBird…
Arbaa sort son premier album sous forme d'un vinyl 4 titres accompagné d'un cd en octobre 2010. Pour enrichir sa musique de nouvelles influences, l'album accueille des chanteurs, Brother joe Pilgrim du collectif dub addict; Arnaud didierjean, chanteur dhrupad; et likkle johnson chanteur reggae. L'album sort sous le label lyonnais indépendant Factory set et est distribué par cd1d et les disquaires rhone-alpes.
