‘Reggae is her name’, the new single from Citizen Sound featuring Blessed tells the story of a girl growing into a women as a metaphor for reggae music. Teaming up to pay their respects to reggae’s foundation, they deliver a killer combination of Blessed’s powerful voice and the dub inspired production from Toronto-based producer Aram Scaram.
Featuring Prince Blanco on bass & guitar, Natewize on keys, trumpets by David Buchbinder and harmonies by Ammoye, Aram Scaram has crafted a unique and timeless riddim that compliments Blessed’s vocal styling.
