Brent and Neil from the Outkastz did this live on the technics in his bedroom back in 1998. Aquasky had just returned from London after signing their Polydor deal and Brent had just started to run a hip hop night in Bournemouth that would later develop into 'Stayfresh'. This mix is pretty much the kinda indie / backpacker (hate that term!) hip hop that Brent played back then and has stacks of it in his vinyl vaults. Neil showed and proved with the cutting, though brent does make the odd appearance having a scratch!

Neil from from the Outkastz later went onto to form the group 'Jennifer and the Trumpets' which really took off in the West Indies and many tours followed. Foolishly he started to knock about with one of the smaller islands drug kingpins and was tarred and feathered for apparently not being able to blow a trumpet from his ass... he is back in Bournemouth now but has a slight limp and a cold dark stare which it is advised not to make eye contact with otherwise you end up with some kind of witch doctor curse and yardie tourettes which is embarrassing around the sunday lunch table with Grannie!
