aphiks is a 22-year old artist from HUNGARY.
started out as an ambient-TECHNO DJ at the early age of 15, that was the start of the PASSION he developed for music. around in 2006, focused more on triphop&dub oriented stuffs. he couldn't afford to buy vynils for a long-period so that was the point whe got deeper in music production, experimented for years with twistin knobs and cuttin up samples.
in 2009, got back to business, effects of his mate ZOLTAN SOLOMON who brought him back with his spacedubbed out sets. ZOLTAN invited him to his radio-show (Tilos radio) and some events in Budapest to spin together. started to go vynil-stores again and producin hypnotic & spacedubbed out stuffs.
in 2010 he played in an international festival with media art & sound-installations in Dortmunt (GER) called: AUDIODIGITALE presents BUDAPEST NIGHTS. also played at several smaller-events in Budapest.
nowadays in his sets and productuions focus on dark / deep / magnetic / spacedubbed out / hypnotic TECHNO & workin on his first LP.
