Hi Richard,
Glad you enjoyed the recording. I used a pair of DPA 4060s spaced 40cm apart (mounted on a coat hanger and tripod - very Blue Peter!). I applied a subtle high pass filter to the recording as there was some motorway leakage but thankfully not that much. I'll be using the completely unadulterated version in a podcast soon so watch this space! Annie - richardfolwell

A wonderful recording!
Would you be willing to share something about your recording method - microphones (you said DPAs, but not which model), how they were configured, etc?
I am also interested that there is no audible background noise, though (unless I have got this wrong) your recording location is not so far from a busy motorway. - Shelly Knotts
