ANHURA RECORDS PRESENTA "ONE YEAR ONE ORIGINAL ONE REMIX"

¿Hay mejor forma de celebrar un aniversario que pegando un nuevo salto mortal, con doble escorzo, sobre el proceloso y avezado mundillo de la mejor electrónica de club nacional para de nuevo caer de pie con esa elegancia y valentía que caracteriza a Anhura desde su génesis? La respuesta no está en el aire, como dijo Dylan, y si en este “One Year One Original One Remix" que viene a cuadrar el circulo que inició el sello Anhura justo ahora un año y que tantas buenas críticas le ha procurado, y tantos buenos momentos nos ha hecho pasar a todos en pistas de baile y aledaños.

En este nuevo ep figuran seis artistas en total: Hitch, Adapter, Frink y los remixeros de postín Ron Costa, Kruse & Nuernberg y Chase Buch. Para empezar Adapter presenta “Chamo”, una suerte de house electrónico, a priori vespertino, cálido y funkoide, que va abriéndose en su desarrollo hacia estadios más ácidos, borrosos y más proclives al pecado de buena madrugada. La revisión que le practica Chase Buch lo somete a la férrea pero sutil dictadura del bombo deep; dotándolo así de fijeza, brillo y esplendor club. Huele a N.Y., a 90’s, a caros estilettos de tienda de Madison, etc.

Frink nos trae “Ipanema”, se trata de un corte luminoso y juguetón, cuasi tropical, houssie en cuerpo y alma y dispuesto a transmutar los atardeceres de invierno en instantes calurosos y con claro aroma a verano isleño. Ron Costa lo remixea añadiéndole malicia; desnudándolo de esa ingenuidad sintética graciosa original y metiéndolo en líos nocturnos de los que no son fácil salir airosos.

Finalmente Hicth presenta “Just a machine”, un ejercicio de house contemporáneo, vibrante y deep, percusivo y adictivo. Aquí lo vocal adquiere una trascendencia inusitada aderezando el corte con un toque cool que lo eleva unos metros por encima del dancefloor. La fascinante versión de Kruse & Nuernberg lo mueve hacia estancias house más finas y aterciopeladas, quizá más vespertinas y por ello menos dispuestas al baile; pero ahí radica su encanto. Se diferencia, y así le añade valor.

Sin duda lo mejor de este piscolabis, además de lo referido que es mucho, es que es la excusa perfecta para celebrar el primer año de andadura sonora de Anhura y cierra un año de ensueño musical para todos. Gracias por estar ahí.

Is there any better way to celebrate a first anniversary than with a new somersault over the tempestuous and inured grounds of the best national electronic music to end it with such elegance and bravery only Anhura is characterized by? The answer, my friend, is not blowin’ in the wind, as Dylan said, it is in this “One Year One Original One Remix”. It rounds off a year of excellent reviews and splendid moments inside and outside the dance floors.

This new EP is signed by six artists: Hitch, Adapter, Frink; and those in charge of the remixes, Ron Costa, Kruse & Nuernberg and Chase Buch. To begin with, Adapter presents “Chamo”, a kind of electronic house, warm and funky at first which turns into a more acid, blurred and sinful sound. Chase Buch transforms it using a deep drum which makes it solid, bright and magnificent for clubs. This smells of N.Y., of the 90s’, of Madison shops’ expensive styles, etc.

“Ipanema”, by Frink, is full of light and playful, nearly tropical, wholeheartedly house, and ready to transform the winter sunsets into hot summer nights. Ron Costa’s remix adds mischief to it. Its original amusing and synthetic innocence becomes an evening affair difficult to escape from.

Finally, Hicht presents “Just a machine”, a contemporaneous house performance, vibrant, deep, percussive and addictive. Vocal elements become vital to embellish it making it perfect for the dance floors. The amazing version by Kruse and Nuernberg takes it to more sophisticated and velvety lands, more suitable for the afternoon hours and that’s where its beauty lies. It’s different, and therefore brilliant.

This delightful snack it is undoubtedly the best way to celebrate Anhura’s first anniversary and rounds off an ideal and musical year for everyone. Thanks for being there.
