Angry Young Man has been compared to Iggy Pop, The Strokes and even Prince and despite exploring a variety of genres his sound is always stripped back, raw and uncompromising making it all the more engaging. It is a hard sound but the sincerity comes through in the melodies and heart felt vocals which provide a sound scape which both harks back to 60's rock and provides something satisfying and fresh for fans of contemporary indie music.

Angry Young Man is a solo artist based in the UK (Leeds) who writes, records and produces his own songs. Following airplay on BBC radio and winning track of the week on the Saturday Rock Show, he has re mastered two albums from his personal collection and released two simultaneous debut albums 'Good War Looming' and 'Salt and Flattery' specifically for public release - zero marketing - zero compromise - a truly independent artist.
