This sound file stimulates your brain into 4-8hz theta waves. Theta state is a state of deep relaxation, meditation, increased memory, awareness and general well being. This also works as an antidepressant. The file has a smooth fade in and fade out so you can listen to it in repeat mode for a longer period of time.
Binaural Beats is a meditation technique discovered in the year 1839 to stimulate your brain into different mental states. It can be used as an aphrodisiac, help quit an addiction, help you sleep, heighten your concentration and memory, heal headaches, alter your mood, etc.

@dejan subotić: You're most welcome! this is probably my favourite one, it always makes me feel good and relaxed. I used to listen to this with headphones and play didgeridoo at the same time

@ekwanok: Awesome :). Try this before you go to sleep or also during the day to mantain calm, stay relaxed and also recover sleeping hours. There's one called 'Sweet Dreams', that one will make you fall asleep quick (I hope) at least it worked with me and many other friends. You will have some trouble with you headphones the next morning though :}
