@Roger Jowett: They've deffo managed to emu the sid partially from memory (and the atari AY) on the russian clones, but I think it may have used additional H/W - ah I always wanted a sam-coupe :D so hard to get hold of now :( cheers for the link :D

Gameboy running Nanoloop sequencer + Monotron (original) + Montron Delay coming up...
it does a nice vibrato if you wobble your fingers *grin*
:D it really can make horribly filthy bass <3 but its a little hard to stay in tune (its not really made for playing notes on) but tis great fun to mess with *grin*
