About

Andrew Rahman is an American composer and producer who currently lives in Columbus, Ohio. He was born in Toledo, Ohio, and started playing guitar in his teens for various metal bands. His approach to music involves effects-laden, washy guitar to create a massive, almost shoegaze familiar drone that could be compared in its own way to bands such as Jesu or Belong.

After playing lead textural guitar for Columbus pentatonic stoner metal band Churches Burn, he solely released 2 collections of compositions. The latest was an E.P. titled “Post Traumatic Stress”. This E.P. has a darker and less melodic sound, similar to Main, than the previous release, “Reliving Her Visual Mischief”, which provides a more meditative and melodic sound while still retaining a strong psychedelic leaning.
