Mikkel Bjergsoe - the brewer behind Mikkeller Beer - opens a bar in Copenhagen on May 5. Apart from his own beer, it will feature some of the best beers from around the world. Beer journalist Andrew Arnold caught up with him for an interview in a noisy Nørrebro Bryghus to hear why he's opening a bar and not a brewery.
