Andrés Machado was born in April 6th, 1993, on the capital city of Venezuela, Caracas.

"When passion drives you to do something, you don’t feel like you’re working..." that’s the story of passion-driven Andrés Machado, Venezuelan DJ & Producer in the making! 18-years-old, Andrés has been mixing since 2006, when he began to explore the DJing world, as a hobby; in 2008 he started experimenting with music production, but his real take-off was 2011 when he started to do several experiments with music, he launched his very own radioshow, “TranceWorld Tunes”. Though he first started mixing “privately” for his friends, the show started attracting more #TranceFamily audience from around the world. Bringing up mixing, he says “Whenever I’m mixing trance, I feel like my soul is connected directly to the music and somehow it becomes the everyday nourishment for my self.”

Being strongly attracted to deep sounds, bassy padlines and varied percussions Andres focuses on Progressive Trance when mixing, though he doesn’t leave behind the Uplifting and Tech Trance sounds.

Even though he has just taken-off his career, Andres won 3rd place in the I-DJ (International DJ) Competition in London on April 2011 and the same year was basic for finding his very own sound.

The worldwide #TranceFamily has been there for Andres Machado since his beginnings, referring to it, he says: “TranceFamily for me is a family that will always be in my heart and that I will be part of, forever, you know, TranceFamily is always there, not expecting anything in return. It’s interesting to see how we all, the TranceFamily members rely perfectly with the PLUR (Peace, Love, Unity & Respect) concept.”

Since Andres was 10-years-old, he’s being allured by the sounds used in EDM productions and their structure, then it was called “the sound of the future” and for being so good and attractive to his ear, he couldn’t resist and got into the harmonic melodies of trance, which stands out from the rest of the genres because of that.

For now, he’s focuses on continuing the expansion of his radioshow “TranceWorld Tunes”, that has been growing up from week to week thanks to the TranceFamily support each day. He’s planning on finally releasing his very own debut track under the name "Andrés Machado".

Andres is contemplating the idea of signing his tracks with Only Trance Records (Venezuela), which has supported one of the most successful producers in the Venezuelan scene, Manuel Rocca, who has been supported twice by Armin van Buuren on his weekly radioshow, A State of Trance. He is also considering Dirt, Lies & Audio Recordings, Nile Tunes...and as every big dreamer he wants to one day be signed to the major labels from the scene, such as Armada (Armind, Aropa, Coldharbour, etc) and Enhanced Recordings, just to name a few.

The trance scene keeps expanding itself everyday with new producers and DJs, Andrés Machado advices them: “A piece of advice? Don’t lose your focus, be patient, work hard every single day, give 110% of yourself to reach where you’re headed, look inside you and let passion drive you.”
