An On Bast is the pseudonym of Anna Suda, a Polish electronic producer whose music dots the 'i's and crosses the 't's but gives a little more sonic interest thanks to an investigative approach to production. Her music ranges from expertly crafted meditative moments of sublime electronic bliss, to dance floor friendly oddities. Her unique compositions comprise colorful sonic paintings where you can glide blissfully through splatterings of bitcrushed dub stabs and the shuffling of micro- granule percussive bits.

An On Bast has been very active performer on the international music scene for the past 6 years. Her stunning live
performances has captivated audiences at many festivals like Sonar (Barcelona), Numusic (Stavanger), Kvitnu (Kiev),
Rekolectiv (Bucharest), Strom (Copenhagen) and at great polish festivals like Audioriver (Plock), Unsound (Krakow), Tauron (Katowice), Warsaw Electronic Festival, Plateaux (Toruń) and premiere clubs throughout Europe but not only like Waagenbau (Hamburg), Berghain Kantine (Berlin), ://about blank (Berlin), Tresor (Berlin), Worm (Rotterdam), Cafekino (Copenhagen), Blau (Girona), Loop Bar (Melbourne).

In 2006, Anna caught the eye of the Red Bull Music Academy and was picked from thousands of applicants to participate in the academies Melbourne edition (2006).

The scope of An On Bast's projects allows for keeping many faces in composing/playing sounds: one is delicate,
surrounding, ambient (also for a theatrical performances) and the other more lively, energetic, perfectly connected with the expression of the dancefloor. She also works with classical music readaptating music of I.Stravinsky, F.Chopin, H.Wieniawski to the electronic music scene.

She released 5 albums and 4 EPs. Her dancefloor releases on La Folia Recordings, three EPs and “Pinwheel” album were supported by Luciano, Richie Hawtin, Dubfire, Jeff Milligan, Konrad Black, Alexi Delano, Stephan Bodzin, Paco Osuna, Resident Advisor, De:Bug between many others.
