Chains! Chains! Chains! We're linked to each other with…

Chains is the first single from upcoming 4th studio album, Happiness V Sadness. This is the sound of Robots In Disguise breaking OUT of chains and breaking out on their own.

Back in London, back off tour, both Robots broken up with long term lovers, and producers, Chains is paradoxically, the sound of personal and creative independence. Conceptual and dreamy, romantic and poignant, Chains is an optimistic summer anthem that simultaneously mourns and celebrates the fluidity of personal relationships.

Produced by Yo Majesty's David Alexander and Death In Vegas' Tim Holmes and recorded in London - the Robots step back from the Berlin sound of their 3rd album, and bring it back closer to home. Multi-talented dual lead singers Dee Plume and Sue Denim play all instruments on this recording. No strangers to visual performance and fashion fun in all forms, the Robots toured their three previous albums extensively to delighted audiences all over Europe, Japan and the US.

Now, with their sights back on the UK, the Robots are preparing to preview their eagerly-awaited new music with a tour in July. Watch out for their colourful circus coming to a town near you and be prepared for the ensuing mayhem and crowd involvement - a Robots in Disguise show is inclusive..

Robots in Disguise have style, substance AND sticking power! They have character… they are uncompromising… nobody tells the Robots what to make or who to sound like! 'This is romantic! This is gigantic!'. For more information check www.robotsindisguise.co.uk
