i tried to get that sound and it works....
Other .exe files aren't as funny as mspaint.exe or explorer.exe, but if you listen carefully, you can hear some funny sounds in RTHDCPL.EXE, wich is the audio control panel of the Realtek HD driver.
I removed a little bit of noise at the beginning and slow it down a little bit.
The rest is original. At 0:25 you can hear the sounds of the audio control panel xD.

Audio Program: Audacity 1.2.6
Import: "import Raw Data" feature
Import properties: Signed 8 bit PCM; 2 canal(stereo); 22050 Hz

Love these types of tracks. Especially funny is when music is hidden inside the code as PCM.
