dia 8 de junho de 1986 7h31m, nasce na pérola do atlântico um petiz que dá pelo nome de frederico josé reis fernandes de freitas. entre brincadeiras no jardim, traquinices que envolviam quedas abruptas de louça no chão, idas à praia e aulas no conservatório de música do funchal a estudar piano, este jovem foi crescendo com uma mentalidade sempre muito ligada às notas musicais e a tudo o que provocasse sons e melodias. algures no ano de 1999, frederico apanha o avião pela última vez até lisboa e de carro desloca-se até vila real, onde continuou a sua infância e passou pela puberdade até se tornar o indivíduo que hoje conhecem como (vejam só a originalidade deste nome), FREDERICO DE FREITAS.

num outro cenário longínquo, mais precisamente em 20 de dezembro de 1987, a cidade era estugarda e nascia andré heller. desde cedo o seu gosto pela música foi notório e quando pela primeira vez com 5 anos experimentou pegar numa guitarra, o gosto transformou-se em paixão e a pesquisa pela procura de novos sons, melodias e “ruídos” tornou-se insaciável até hoje, tendo já aprendido o domínio de vários instrumentos. aos 7 anos apanha o airbus 747 rumo a vila real, onde ainda hoje permanece sendo conhecido por ERICK HELLER. no ano de 2008, os seus caminhos cruzam-se e ambos passam pelo mesmo espaço nocturno.

entre gozos mútuos, brincadeiras e longas conversas ao sabor de chá de saccharomyces cervisiae, gera-se uma forte amizade que os leva até à hip-not-tic recordz, onde em amena cavaqueira e entre um copo de amêndoa amarga e outro, acaba por surgir a ideia de trabalhar em conjunto num gosto comum, a música, sem rótulos ou ideias pré concebidas de estilo.

existem ainda mais três elementos nesta "formação", no entanto a integração deles e o percurso até chegarem à nossa "porta" continua a ser uma incógnita.

a teoria com maior suporte continua a ser que todos apareceram por geração espontânea por baixo de uma pedra que temos à porta do estúdio. qualquer informação acerca deles, por favor contactem-nos.

8th june 1986 7h31m, borns in the pearl of the atlantic a little guy called frederico josé reis fernandes de freitas. between playing in the garden, throwing some plates into the floor when he was angry, going to the beach and having lessons in the music conservatory of funchal to study piano, this little child always grew with a mentality closely linked to musical notes and everything that created sounds and caused melodies. somewhere in 1999, he flew for the last time to lisbon and took a car with his parents into the beautifull city of vila real, where he continued his childhood and went through puberty to become the person we know today as (and now watch how original he is), FREDERICO DE FREITAS.

in another distant scenario, more precisely on 20th december 1987, the city was stuttgart and there was born andré heller. since the first time he grabbed a guitar, his taste for music has become a passion and he never stopped the search of new sounds, melodies and “noises” and even learned several instruments. at the age of 7, he took with his mother the boeing 747 towards vila real where he remains this days, known as ERICK HELLER. in 2008, their paths crossed in a night club.

among mutual enjoyments, laughs and long talks accompanied by the flavor of saccharomyces cervisiae tea, there was born a strong friendship that guided them to hip-not-tic recordz, where pleasant prattle and between a glass of amêndoa amarga and another, they had the idea to work together in a common love, make music without pre conceived ideas of style.

there are still four more elements on this "formation" but how they appeared and from where, is still a mistery.
