@Lyle Charles Scott: I dunno I got the sense that she was drawing a parallel between the nature of fan/artist and person/person relations the way that they can so often drift from persona to the personal right through into codependance. but yeah that's not so different to what you're saying.

@unclassedmedia: It's heartwrenching when she sings "I don't want your body, just a part to listen to in a sense. All the practice in the world won't get me good at lonelyness-less." It's a song about no matter how hard you work, how popular you are, or how big a star you get you can still be lonely inside. And it's about using sex to fill the need to be understood.
