This song is an example of me having fun with my favorite part of writing electro - which is the part where you get to design these ridiculous sounds.
One day my friend's laptop crashed while we were setting up a new interface. It started recording and threw the whole thing into this extremely loud and frightening feedback loop. We fixed it after a few minutes to find that it had recorded the whole thing. It was a pretty neat loop of shrill noises so I took them and used them here.
In addition, this track gave me an excuse to let out some aggressive sounds I like making that don't have much of a place in regular colorpop.
And yes it has lyrics too
We're all just pawns for the greater good
of this hell that we call home
Relax your frown cause we're homeward bound
Once again you're safe and sound
