Music Is Better was Greg's 'comeback' gig in Manchester in December 2003, that began the 2nd phase of his DJ career after a 19 year hiatus. All Out War's Solid State was warm-up DJ that night, so this release has a personal connection. Solid says - 'Every Greg Wilson release tells a story and this one is in the same tradition; Music Is Better was the night that re-started things for Greg. Although only 100 or so people attended the gig, anticipation was huge and his set blew everyone away who was lucky enough to attend. Six years on, for my new label All Out War, I wanted to release some of Greg's material and we decided it would be fitting to keep the Music Is Better connection and relelase tracks that got their debut that night. Anyone who has heard the classic Music Is Better mix cd will already know and love these tracks.
