Aligning Minds is the joint output of two electronic music producers, Daniel Merrill and Michael Folk. That'd be us. We are close friends who have shared an unorthodox alliance through music for many years.

Sometimes we work closely together, sometimes we just make individual tracks - but you can expect genre-crossing, style melding, original productions that have a simple and honest mission... to evoke, connect and ALIGN.

However varied and regardless of the source - we have a common aim that is fused through melody, atmosphere, space and emotion.

It's in this way that Aligning Minds has come to exist.

Hinting at genres, melding influences and creating new spaces - we try to make music that lands between the known boundaries and finds it's own identity.
