19 year old Musician, Composer, Producer (aspiring to be performer). Always been inspired by the world, the universe, the magic of life... from the smallest things to the largest/ microscopic to cosmic/ subatomic particles to giant galaxies. For me, music has always been a universal but mysterious language which conveys what words struggle to. A song can take you on a journey which most people can understand, but at the same time, the mystery element leaves much up to the imagination. Every person interprets music differently, as the feeling of a song is relevant to different people in different ways. At the same time, there is that simple sonic appreciation - the aesthetic nature of music in itself. The feeling in music can be about the music itself...
Currently I'm working mainly on electric guitar which I only really got into a year ago after seeing Joe Satriani live. I'm inspired heavily by him and other iconic guitarists like Hendrix, Clapton, Slash and Santana.
In general though I create music in a range of styles- mellow spanish guitar, orchestral, dance, electronic, jungle and liquid drum and bass... The variety in what I come up with should mean that there's something for everyone. I'll appreciate any comments or tips you may have. Thanks for reading. Ali.
