About
Alf Tumble, most well known as one part of the Swedish house duo Bangana and Sumo, just went for a solo ride. Together with long time partner Combo, Sumo developed a unique, very eclectic sound, mixing jazz, afro and latin with deephouse and modern disco. With major releases on Africanism, Trackmode and Soulfuric and remixes for Compost, Dessous and Wall of Sound, they created a name for themselves and were honoured with a Grammy-nomination in 2006.
As Sumo went more and more eclectic and experimental they decided to create an alias for their more electronic and techy numbers, and Bangana was born. The first release got signed by British label C2. Shortly after they started their own imprint Heya Hifi and has ever since released most of their music there. The buzz around the Bangana sound has now, three years later, made them highly sought after remixers and djs. Their crossover remix of Clarisse Muvemba’s "Roses" found many fans around the world among all kinds of djs. The latest Bangana material has been relased on prominent labels such as Nordic Trax, Slip n Slide, Farplane and Underground Collective.
Last year Alf Tumble started to work on his own material. The number one ambition was to stay true to his biggest musical passion: playing records (or whatever format available) and to only produce music that would fit perfectly in to his dj-sets. First out was a couple of remixes for Heya Hifi, Stockholm Beats and Farplane Records, the debut EP Let me Start released on a Menthol (sublabel of Plastic City). Besides music, or as a very important complement, Alf's living his life in the world of wine, as a trained and skillful sommeliére and wine journalist. More about this at www.tracksandbottles.com

Thanks guys. It's pop. No doubt. Perhaps I'll do a dub if I find time.

I tried to stay true to the original. Pushed the tempo from 116 to 120 bpm. Chopped whole track in a different swing fitting the beats. Added bassline and pads playing the original chords of the song. Oboe is the new moog!
