I was asked to play Gary Numan tunes for two hours for an event at the Lisson Gallery, Edgeware Road, London for the launch of a new art project in 2010.

I had only a week's notice to learn what I could of his repertoire and managed about 8 tunes. After the first hour, the directors asked me just to repeat Are Friends Electric and to play no other tune, hence the 12 minute extended improvised version here.
