E’ il suono funky dei Beegees – John Davis – Love Deluxe – Kc - chaka khan…La Febbre del Sabato sera…le tante canzoni che mamma mi faceva ascoltare al posto delle solite ninnanna…un infanzia passata vicino ai vecchi mangianastri, ai lettori cd e simili (spesso erano aperti e sogetti a modifiche che, il piu delle volte, facevano uscire qualche pezzo in più dall’apparecchio)…

annata 86, uno dei più giovani dj(se posso permettermi) del by_night della sua Napoli…è il suono che fa la differenza…il dj non si impone Ma non è nemmeno un servo…nei suoi dj set Alex si immedesima nel pubblico cercando di capire e di assecondare i desideri musicali di ogni singolo ospite…è il pubblico che fa la serata! …La prima volta che ho messo mano su un mixer…il giorno della mia promozione dalla 2° alla 3° media (a 12 anni), ne comprai uno che aveva solo 2 cursori e un cross_fader , alquanto essenziale ahah, appena arrivato a casa ci collegai subito la playstation e un vecchio lettore cd…per capirci qualcosa seguii delle lezioni che mi pagavo con i soldi messi da parte…vedevo come si collegavano i piatti e i lettori cd (il cdj era ancora una leggenda) a quel tempo chi non poteva comprarsi il technics aveva il gemini xl 500 (simile solo esteticamente)…mio padre vedeva questa mia passione In maniera moderata, in fondo ero solo un pulcino, e quindi niente apparecchiatura (per paura che fosse messa su un tavolo, a casa, a prendere polvere) Diventato più grande e avendoci capito qualcosa le prime serate vennero da sole (feste private lauree e compleanni)… La prima vetrina IL BABAbar a via chiatamone l’aperitivo del mercoledì organizzato da mio cugino Pigi (tutt’ora avvocato e organizzatore di eventi)…di seguito lavorando al WHITEbar (attuale VogaClub)ebbi la possibilità, grazie ai proprietari di diventare dj resident della struttura, riuscendo cosi a farmi conoscere dalla maggior parte degli organizzatori e dj Partenopei,con i quali collaboro tutt'ora. Successivamente nel 2004/05 i mitici sabati al BlondeCafè dove, con grande soddisfazione, ho riscontrato parecchi apprezzamenti, sia da parte del pubblico che della proprietà. Ad oggi Alex lavora con continuità portando il suo STILE e la GRINTA nei club di Napoli e non solo(Mela; Chez-moi; La Scalinatella; il Momah; Il NEro; il Voga; L'arenile di bagnoli; Numbertwo e Pantarei a Capri; il bilbò a Roccaraso solo per citarne alcuni) .

..ricordando sempre che davvero non si finisce mai di imparare in modo da diventare POLIVALENTE al massimo!!!

It 's the funky sound of Beegees - John Davis - Love Deluxe - Kc - chaka khan ... The Saturday Night Fever ... the many songs that my mother made me listen to instead of the usual ninnanna ... a childhood spent near the old tape decks, CD players and turntable.
aLex Romeo, Napoletain,year 86, one of the youngest dj (if I may say so) of its Naples by_night ... is the sound that makes the difference ... the DJ is not mandatory but is not even a servant in his DJ sets ... Alex identifies himself in the public trying to understand and satisfy the desires of each guest ... is the audience that makes the event! First time I put my hand on a mixer ... the day of my promotion from 2 ° to 3 ° average (12 years), I bought one that, it had only two sliders and a cross_fader, CooL haha, than i went home and just plugged it with the playstation and an old CD player. In order to understand something I took some lessons wich I payed by money set aside ... I could see how connected the turntables and CD players (the cdj was still a legend) at that time who could not buy the technics had the gemini xl 500 (just look like) ... my father saw this passion in a moderate way, at the end I was just a chick, and so no equipment (for fear that it was put on a table at home, to take dust) got older and realized something, first events (private parties graduations and birthdays) ... The first showcase Bababar via Chiatamone an aperitif on Wednesday organized by my cousin Pigi(still a lawyer and organizer of events ) ... working on the following whitebear (current VogaClub) I was able, thanks to the owners to become resident DJ of the structure, allowing them to let me know by most of the organizers and dj Partenopei, with whom I work to this day. Then in 2004/05 the legendary Saturdays BlondeCafè where, with great satisfaction, I found several praise, from both the public and property. Today lex works continuously bringing his style and determination in the clubs of Naples and others (La Mela, Chez-moi; Scalinatella; the Momah, Il nero and the Voga; L'arenile di Bagnoli; Numbertwo and Pantarei in Capri ; the bilbò Roccaraso just to name a few).
