Alexander Bassett is a Chicago raised musician, vocalist, and DJ. He has been a player in the underground electronic music scene for over ten years, performing under his own name, and with groups Heavy Petting, Baschyn, and Ark of Limbs. Most recently he has contributed vocals and instrumentation to tracks with Slava of Moment Sound Records, and with Square Frames the production moniker for Chitown DJ’s Mr. Automatic and OneFiftyOne. He has also acted as resident DJ for many notable nights in Chicago and New York City such as The Beta Theta, Ether, and Emergency Broadcast.
