Disha was born as Aleksandar Dimitrijevic in Pozarevac, Serbia, in 1979. He started listening to electronic music after having delved into genres such as heavy metal, hiphop and synth pop such as Depeche Mode, from which he acquired a diverse musical taste.
Starting in 2000 he attended his first raves, and in 2005 he began organising his own event – the infamous Faster Party – with acts such as Kollektiv Turmstrasse, Karotte, Oliver Koletzki, Audio Jack, Namito, Format B, Chymera, Solomun and many other artists

Inspired by these artists Disha started DJing in the summer of 2012 with the start of his new party series Kommune44


His sound is driving, deep, and defines itself over the communication with his audience.
