It sounds like Shivers, not 1000 Eyes, and downloaded file also called "Shivers" :(

the original full length album version was recorded at The Hellish Vortex Studios Berlin 2007, song was re-recorded in 2009 for a 20min animation film called "The Golden Foretaste of Heaven" by Austrian director Richard Wilhelmer.
