Hey, I'm Alec Vinsant. I'm 22 and live in Bowling Green Kentucky. I've been playing the guitar since I was six and I continue to learn more and more every day. Besides the guitar, I also play drums and piano. I've also been singing for the past five years. I was in both the choir and men's quartet group in highschool. That's when I started learning to sing. I then took vocal lessons at WKU, and currently I take online lessons. I draw a lot of my musical inspiration from musicians like Andy Mckee and Tommy Emmauel. I'm a two sided individual. I love to write and play instrumental songs, but I also love to sing pop/rock/acoustic type music. I listen to John Mayer, Dave Matthews, Jack Johnson, etc. I always enjoy discovering new music and learning new techniques to incorporate into my music writing.

I've finally completed the recording of my first album "Reality." Now available for download on iTunes and through my website http://www.alecvinsant.com/. Eric Wallace with DP Media Group did the recording and production work. I love the way everything turned out, and I hope that you will enjoy it as well.
