Love the more googleable name. And the new song. Much love
Nope. Soundcloud could do a lot to improve. Why is it taking so long? No idea
This guy is making a strong case for modern jazz...
I'm weightless
I like the guitar line
Sounds like an 80s action movie
"Ode to Sunshine" was an outlier. File this under... Nah just toss it the fuck out. Almost as transparent as Kings of Leon.
Makes me wanna study my shoelaces
Nice chord progression
Nice
Smooth transition from ambience to balladry :) I love it
Need a solid pair of headphones for this
Man, the singer really sounds like Zach Condon in a big way
I wish this sound still defined the current "indie" zeitgeist. Nice!
Shame I just discovered these guys.
You're listening to Arcade Farlo! Jk, these guys are better than just a knock-off IMO.
More new wave this time around
Wtf
Björk sounds better with the Projectors than she has solo for quite a long time. Loving this...
Björk ought to join the band on a permanent basis. This is like PB&J FFS.
I adore Björk's jubilant vocals here. Björk & DP are a perfect match! Brilliant.
Remarkable. Between Cox and Pundt, Deerhunter are the Beatles of the 21st century. Well, maybe that's a stretch... But I love these guys!
IMO their best from the Seasick release
They're consistent. Can't take that away from these guys :)
They still sound just like they did on Pikul. That's not such a bad thing.
This is great - I was a bit worried they would sound more stadium-big on their come-back after hearing Simple Song. But this one wouldn't be out of place on Wincing :) can't wait for the album. It'll be like the early aughts again!
Two tracks for the price of one!
I feel face-melter coming.....
Liking where this going...
Aaaand this is "Youth," my personal favorite from Beach Fossils' debut.
Wild Nothing's "Summer Holiday" (from a great LP btw... Gemini)
For anybody wondering: this is one of three bonus tracks on "Learning" by Perfume Genius (a brilliant album)...
Distortion FTW! haha. Wolf Eyes added to my check-it-out list.
Never was a fan of the Fresh & Onlys, but Miles' stuff is GREAT. Nice, guitar-based pop. New fan right here.
Between the incredible talent of Lockett Pundt and that of Bradford Cox, is there any wonder each and every Deerhunter record is phenomenal? I love these guys and their music to fucking pieces. Most remarkable pop band of the millennium...
There's something unique about this sound... unlike a lot of modern folk.
that light-strummin guitar low in the mix is makin me feel niiice...
A song greater than the sum of its parts. But I particularly enjoy the intro. Niiice.
So far, so NICE
@bokomaru: i second that
