My Biography: -

A music fanatic since the late eighties listening to electro-pop & disco, the fascination of House music was born in 1994 after listening to the first 'Renaissance, Sasha & Digweed’ compilation. Purchasing my first belt driven decks I started my professional career playing in the bars around Teeside, UK (incidentally, playing Disco)

Being inspired by the latin and tribal sounds of Claudio Coccolutto & Danny Rampling, the deeper sounds delivered by Pete Tong, along with the driving rhythms of David Morales, DJ Sneak, Junior Vasquez and Angel Moraes inspired me throughout the mid to late 1990's.

In 1999 visiting Ibiza for the first time, the talents of Steve Lawler, Deep Dish, Danny Tenaglia & Groove Armada were not forgotten and my love for those driving balearic beats has encapsulated my passion further throughout the past decade.

My influences have grown to bring three separate brands; starting with the disco, deep & latino vibes [MRr Rocco]; to a more instrumental, samba and feel good house sound [Ginger Face Presents...]; to the big room tech-house, tribal & techno rhythms [Conceptual], no matter what the sound, I ensure a musical journey is encapsulated.

I have promoted various nights in my time from ‘Seismic, Darlington, UK’ with my long time friend, Dave Spendley [aka, Dave Spendo], Dance Ya Socks off, Nottingham, UK; Beatitude, Derby, UK (Burlesque) and now in 2011 Australia; ‘Ginger Face Presents...’, ‘MRr Rocco’ & ‘Conceptual.
