AkkordIon is a unique duo from Kazakhstan/Bulgaria, two professionally trained musicians - Roman Bliznetsov (accordion) and Konstantin Timoshenko (percussive, laptops, electronics). They produce a unique blend of electroacoustic and abstract ambient with the sound of accordion! Roman studied accordion and harmonica at the musical college in Alma-Ata, played with various musical ensembles, and now he is occupied as a DJ. Konstantin is a professional drummer and music producer, he is a founder of such musical projects as "Les Enfants De Paris", "Pop's Machine", "Sample Brothers'' Sample Brothers , and others. Also, he is an active member of the creative group [antiparty gang] and organizer/curator of media-art festival REPLICA. Their first full lenght album "ppp-fff" was released by Replica label in 2007. in 2008 Akkord i On's second album "e2-e4" came out as a digital release of Top-40 records TOP40 Also Roman and Konstantin working on their solo projects and collaborations, such as
