I am an independent sound balance engineer....

In other words I experiment with sounds; treating the method I use to make the sound as an integral part of that sound.

I use electronic elements, but I am much more interested in using analogue material as the basis for my work.

Reverb recorded in a passage hall, field recordings of a train's brakes; sure they've all been done, but how can I use the tools of sound design to inspect and bring these elements together to engage with them in a new way, a new experience of these sounds.

While I am not afraid of lo-fi sounds, I am always working towards well balanced audibility that presents the listener with a true-to-source experience of the sound.
