Following a DJ career of some 30yrs, the later part being dedicated to my love of Trance, a few years ago I decided to leave the dancefloor behind and concentrate on putting together mixes on an Ambient/Experimental theme, as well a writting the occasional piece here and there myself.
When compiling tracks for a mix I usually have a theme or concept in mind of what I want the overal piece to sound like, the most recent of these being the 'Sci-Fi-Hi-Fi', series (ongoing) all based around space.
In addition to the work posted here I have a large back-catalogue of mixes covering Ambient/Drone/Experimental music and also 'concept-based' (Karmanta is an example of these) mixes which I would be pleased to mail to anyone, just email me at; aim23sound@live.com with your details.
