Afro Monk has recently moved to Dallas to grow the local bass music community and instigate interest in thugstep and trip hop to luvstep and crunk – and any bass sounds in between.

Afro Monk was born and raised in Miami, FL. He began his DJ career in 2009 and has working hard to help push the Glitch Hop scene further.

Afro Monk takes pride in his love for music. Every time he steps up to the DJ booth he has something new for you. He specializes in Glitch but are not limited to it. You can be sure to catch Afro playing some exclusive downtempo, luvstep, or crunk as well.

We are not looking to make any cash on events just hear some fresh beats and tunes. We are in this for the love of music and networking.
