News - April/May 2012
The new album is ready for vocals, 90% of all the guitar parts are done, doubled, double checked, approved and loved. Now Steve will sing all over it and then we'll add the finishing touches. It's getting close now.
News - March 2012.
Aeon Antenna are well into the recording phase of our first album. Drum and bass tracks are done and Henkka has started attacking the guitars, utilising some shiny new gear. The record is already sounding clear, groovy and lush, we're super excited at the prospect of introducing you to eight all new AA originals in high fidelity.

@WAX 16: thanks very much! Shall have to take a listen soon to your stuff
Congrats on a fantastic collaboration
Me likey your styley!
@High Frequency UK: \m/
@High Frequency UK: Cheers for listening! It sounds pretty heavy live
@EatSleepBass: Ah cool, quite a few people have actually said they hear some SOAD in it, Incubus is a new one. Thanks for listening!
@DJ JohnnyMaez: Thanks for listening!
This is beautiful guys, I wasn't expecting a lighter side for some reason.. but I'm glad there is a little venture here, fucking cool!
@MKDELTA: Cheers!!
@MKDELTA: Thanks, Krisse will be happy to hear that. I agree he did he great job particularly there with the drum lines. Steve
@Faces of Tryfan: It is a rather deep track isn't it... XD
@Faces of Tryfan: Go Hobsy Go!
Cool sound, kinda sad and moving atmosphere. Singer reminds me a little of Matt Belamy in style.
Nice classic sounds, it's got analogue charm. Steve
Fuckin Have It! ha ha nice guys. I enjoyed this track, cool heavy shit.
It is a cool sound, I kind of agree with your 'About' section. The little 50's thing is subtle but you're spot on. Cool stuff!
Laatua metallimusiikkia. rockin me socks orf.
@BlueMammoth-progrock-band: Thanks! Had to look that up in google translate!
@Human Waste Disposal Unit: Kiitos paljon!
Wouldn't be classic prog rock without an overture, and this one rocks like an old rocking bastard. Good stuff! particularly love the harmonies between lead synth and guitar here and there!
Clever shite... putting stems up so people can mix the track themselves..
I once said "BIFFY CLYRO" in a really silly way to my buddy when he was drinking a coke and it made him shoot it all out his nose!
@SCM-Group: Cheers for listening!
@Note-Music: Merci very much!
@Jay-Spade: Cheers, we were going for a mellow feel to contrast the heavy stuff
@Columbia-Band: Oh man, massive Bedford crowd on here then, i actually live in Helsinki now though!
@musicalmaster: Feel like I'm in school except I never really got A's!
@Audio Video Guru: Cheers for that!
@gurlygurl: Cheers, glad you found something you liked! Steve
@Mini Music Reviews: Thanks for the feedback!
Excellent gig at Liberte last night! Great tunes, great vibe awesome presence.
Was great to see you live last night at liberte, fantastic show. Cheers guys!
@ANDÜHAR: Thanks I think the band universally enjoys a bit of Rush from time to time. Steve
Loved the wicked strange soundscape in this!
Interesting reworking of this, not my usual stuff this but I was drawn in by another track, gotta mix it up sometimes eh.
Got me moving, job done!
Muggle born is a nice choice of title! The song is pretty great, it feels very experimental, loving the fusion of electronic glitches with old fashioned film score style.
Not my usual cup of tea but I like the heavy beats and it would totally make me move in a club!
Pretty sweet stuff, got me moving. Glad I checked out the explore section anyway!
I am really liking the conflicting feelings of heaviness, grittiness with old fashioned rock and roll, it's a cool sound!
