ADMN from Autoclave
Anabatic Records / Perfect Driver / Grooverdose / Detroit

Alexander Drazin (ADMN) may appear like Clark Kent, but behind his disguise is a true superhero of music and technology. Drazin began taking piano lessons at the age of five, branching out to the trumpet and then bass guitar before he finished high school. Recognizing the value of practice and training, he continues to hone his talents to this day. His extensive training in both Classical and Jazz theory and technique fuels his passion for self-expression through the production of original electronic music. Citing Richie Hawtin and Orbital as early influences, Drazin was introduced to electronic music in the late 1990s from growing up in the suburbs of Detroit. With a Masters Degree in Information and Technology Management from Oakland University, Drazin brings a unique blend of right-brain and left-brain to any production table.

These skills were recognized by techno producer and studio owner Allen Gamble, who tapped Drazin to be an Audio Engineer at Allure Sound Studios. Engineering for Denaun Porter (of D12), Slim the Mobster, and the Swellers, Gamble equipped Drazin to begin producing at home. It was these same skills that were also recognized by Gabriel Sandler, who first sat down to make music with Drazin in March of 2012. It was their undeniable synergy that led to the formation of Autoclave, the prodigious brainchild of Detroit's lost, stolen and forgotten sounds. Their debut album "Ass n’ Kitty" hit stores in July of 2013, and features Detroit rapper J.H. Allday on vocals, and remixes from the likes of Detroits own DJ Assault & Stone Owl.

After the release of his debut you EP, Drazin moves forward as a solo act honing his music to perfection with the luster you can only find in the dark pits of Detroit.
