About

A familiar face within London’s alternative dance scene Ade Laugée, who has been Dj’ing since 2001, is now assisting the management of Acidic Records & in 2010 re commenced producing tracks in which time has seen his debut release as part of London’s legendary outfit that is Whirl-y-gig on their 30th anniversary “Global Disco” compilation album.

Most notable Dj achievements have been playing alongside Eat Static LIVE, Banco De Gaia, Dreadzone Sound system, Pathaan & Rajaram of Shpongle / 1200 Micrograms. He also completed 3 year residency at London’s Planet Angel between 2007 & 2009.

With Acidic Records Ade is working with considerable talents as Cellardore, Little Thoughts, Beaton, The McMash Clan & Technical Pillow.

For the foreseeable future, Ade’s focus will be dedicated to further releases / remixes with an album in the offing thereafter. However, on the evidence of past productions alone, the direction for any such album is currently unknown….we do know it probably won’t be part of any “fashionable” bandwagon. Ade would consider this restrictive. Indeed it was Acidic Record’s compatriot Little Thoughts who recently advised him to simply “Go with the Flow”, that advice alone will have been music to Ade’s ears….he’s been doing that right from the beginning.
