Mintorment is an up and coming electronic music producer from the south-east suburbs of Melbourne, Australia. Some often note him as "the next Skrillex". Almost his whole life is devoted to music and looks towards a bright future in the industry, which he felt was starting to unravel upon signing with Kamakazmic Records. Mintorment produces his tracks using Ableton Live 9.0.1 on a laptop running Windows 7. He's been producing music since 2009, but only started using Ableton Live in 2012 after switching from FL Studio. His main inspirations for music include Sonny "Skrillex" Moore, Joel "deadmau5" Zimmerman, Nobuo Uematsu, and Thomas Bangalter/Guy-Manuel de Homem Christo (Daft Punk). Aside from his normal electronic music production, Mintorment also plays piano, guitar and drums. He also spends his non-musical time playing video games.
