In the space of less than a year, Adam Jaworski made the transition from bedroom DJ to playing at London's Ministry of Sound nightclub proving that with skill, determination, passion and love for dance music, anything's possible if you set your mind to it.
Born and raised in Reading, his love for dance music started at an early age having listened to early Prodigy and rave tapes. From there the 4/4 beat took hold, proving too good to resist. Since then he’s never looked back, taking in a plethora of genres and styles to add to his arsenal of music.
At the age of 14 he got his first set of belt driven turntables and taught himself to mix in the traditional way, but since then he’s moved with the times and made the transition to CDJs, before recently moving firmly into the digital domain using Traktor Pro.
First discovered by the Lunar team early in 2009 after he won their DJ competition, his greatest achievement to date is playing in front of 10,000 people on the main stage at Arenal Sound Festival with the rest of the sync.Live quartet.
He since went on to gain his first residency for Lunar in his first year as well as featuring for other nights in and around Reading and London.
Adam promises to bring the very latest blend of house, tech house, techno and minimal, taking inspiration from DJs such as Ritchie Hawtin, Sven Vath, Claude Von Stroke, Ricardo Villalobos, amongst many others.
