Vimala and the Ocotillo Geo Treo performed "Shadow, Shadow" at the Tucson Folk Festival in May of 2009. The song was inspired by Carl Jung's archetype of the shadow. The song begs the listener to peer into the deep neglected aspects of the self without judgement, to make peace with our dark side, and to dance ourselves free.
