Welcome to ACEG music! ACEG is an innovative music service working in schools in and around Sheffield to provide an original and fresh approach to music education. By ensuring a fun, unique and creative environment, we strive to revolutionise the teaching of music and re-establish music as one of the fundamental elements of education.

We provide both private and group instrumental tuition as well as creative workshops - have a listen to some of the tracks recorded from workshops here on Soundcloud. Workshops are great ways to engage pupils in positive activities and are seriously good fun! ACEG workshops include an immense range of activities, including music making, computer music production, lyric writing and poetry, radio and podcasting, street dance and even urban art.

Here at ACEG, we adopt an ‘every child matters’ policy and tailor all lessons to the individual needs of the student. Schools are increasingly finding that regular engagement with musical activity boosts not only self-esteem but also positively affects performance in other subjects. ACEG music encourages instinctive creativity and inspires our young people to fulfill their potential, setting solid foundations for children to develop their musical ability into adulthood.
