aBillion has created a warm and colorful soundscape on their debut EP for JUKBOXR. Masterfully drawing from an eclectic pallete of electronic music from over the years, aBillion combine elements from deep and soulful house, balearic, old school funk, 70s disco, and even 80s synth music to create a nuanced and rewarding entry to their bouyant sound. aBillion's music embraces you immediately in a way that the classics still do to this day. The music here is deliberately crafted, full of space, loose but thoughtful. Fans of Metro Area, Tensnake, Teebs, chillout, and early shoegaze need apply.
